Arrest after 'potentially hazardous material' found at Musselburgh property

Well, it's been a bit of a stir down in Musselburgh this week! Police were called out to a property here in town after some 'potentially hazardous material' was discovered. Thankfully, it all seems to have been handled safely, and an arrest has been made.
